The Indiana Avenue Beach House is a luxury vacation beach home rental. This home has five bedrooms total. One bedroom is located on the first floor and four bedrooms are located on the second floor. There are four bedrooms with queen beds and the fifth bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. There are four full baths. One full bathroom is located on the first floor and three bathrooms are located on the second floor. Two of the three second floor bathrooms are en suite and located within a bedroom. Plenty of room for everyone!

Given the size and location, we feel the Indiana Avenue Beach House is the perfect home for your family’s summer vacation! Suitability: minimum age limit for renters, children welcome, non smoking only, pets not allowed, wheelchair inaccessible. 

This home is available weekly only in June, July and August. Unless noted otherwise on the rates page and availability calendar, the weekly schedule is from Sunday after 3:00 PM EDT through the following Sunday before 10:00 AM EDT. The house is also available for shorter stays with a two night minimum during the off season the remainder of the year. Spent a wonderful weekend getaway at this spacious home. Plenty of room to relax and spread out, fantastic kitchen, wonderful outside space. Even though large, it was warm and inviting and made for a lovely spot to catch up with family. Close enough for a stroll to the lake, or into town. South Haven is a quaint town that I did not get to spend nearly enough time in. I will be coming back and would love to be able to bring my adult children to this home sometime next spring or summer.

We had a lovely fall weekend enjoying this house and the town of South Haven. Loved the easy walk to the lake and downtown for fun shopping. The house was so nice, easy access through code lock door, spacious, comfortable areas in the kitchen, dining room, and living room to sit and visit with family and friends. Bedroom were roomy with nice closet and dressers. The kitchen had a wonderful big gas stove, good quality pots and pans, and every tool or utensil you might need along with a wide island for meal prep and serving! I highly recommend booking this place for a weekend or full week, it was perfect!

We spent Halloween weekend with friends at this beautiful property and it was both spacious and cozy. While it would be great for an individual or couple, with 5 bedrooms, it is the perfect getaway for a family or group of friends. The dining room and beautiful, well-outfitted kitchen are both large enough for a nice gathering. In addition, there is plenty of room to spread out, so that if one part of your group wishes to play cards, another wants to do a crossword puzzle, and a third part of your group wants to just hang out and chat, each activity has a spot that allows everyone is accommodated. Add to that a cozy living room with a large TV, and you have the makings of a weekend – or a week! – in which everyone can enjoy what they want from their getaway. The location is perfect, just a few short blocks from both the beach and the charming downtown area with its great shops and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Three of us just spent three days at this beautiful house on Indiana Ave. in the great town of South Haven. The house is a large, older, fully renovated home with all the beautiful architectural interest found in older homes, but with all the conveniences and appointments of a modern home. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom and plenty of areas to gather and chat, eat, watch a large screen TV, or whatever. There are two covered porches and a large deck for outdoor entertainment. There isn’t anything I would add or change. The beach, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. There is plenty to do in town with lots of top-notch shops and restaurants, and other quaint towns are within a short drive. This was a vacation I would be happy to repeat and would have liked a few more days to take it all in and to relax in this spacious house.
